Travis Kelce and Patrick Mahomes are taking their partnership off the field and into the restaurant world.
On March 14, Noble 33, a global hospitality group, announced a collaboration with Super Bowl champs Mahomes and Kelce for the launch of a new modern steakhouse in Kansas City called 1587 Prime.
The 10,000-square-foot restaurant will be spread across two floors, including multiple private dining rooms, a chef’s kitchen, and a meat display.
The wine collection is being billed as one of the largest in the state, and subtle nods to Mahomes’s and Kelce’s on-field accomplishments will be sprinkled throughout the space.
Noble 33, founded by Tosh Berman and Mikey Tanha, is known for restaurants like Toca Madera, Meduza Mediterrania, and Sparrow Italia.
With spots around the United States and abroad, it’s on something of an expansion tear: Along with 1587 Prime, the group is expected to open another six restaurants in the next 18 months.
Mahomes and Kelce are noted fans of Kansas City’s various restaurants.
Throughout this year’s NFL season, the two were spotted out and about at a number of spots—Mahomes with his wife, Brittany, and Kelce with his girlfriend, Taylor Swift.
It’s almost a sure bet that we’ll see the duos, along with all their friends and Kansas City teammates, at 1587 Prime once it opens next year.
Described as the “ultimate experiential dining destination,” the new business venture will be in the Loews Kansas City Hotel. Global hospitality group,
Noble 33, is partnering with the athletes to bring 1587 Prime to life. It has an opening set for early 2025.
