Storyline For The Beast in Me

Aggie is an author who won a Pulitzer in 2018 for a memoir about her rocky relationship with her father, but is two years overdue on her next book, about the friendship between Ruth Bader Ginsberg and Antonin Scalia.

Her rage over the accident still bubbles over at times, as we see when she sees the drunk driver paying his respects at her son’s grave.

She is behind on lots of bills and her huge, old Long Island house needs repairs.

When two huge dogs run up to her door, she finds out that they’re from her new next door neighbor, Nile Jarvis (Matthew Rhys).

Niles is a real estate developer whose reputation precedes him; his name was splashed across news headlines because he was under suspicion for making his first wife go missing.
